About the Founder
Momprenuer
Lamees Abourahma first ventured in the entrepreneurial world in 2002. After she taught herself Java programming, she designed and developed a recipe organizer and meal planner software, and built an ecommerce site for it. She presented her work to a local Java group in Columbia, SC and published an article in the Software Developer Association of the Midlands’ newsletter. Over the next two years she had two children and became more active with local mom groups. Currently she's working hard on balancing family life with her drive to learn and work.
